That's the kind of 'little stomper' I would love to spend my money on. My personal # 1of all Cal-Look bugs from Art Gutierrez. Lovely would the English chap say.

Why spend lots of money on an exotic new Corvette C6 with 405hp 5967cc-engine and a best 1/4 mile of 12"6 when a little bug can whoop this 'beast's ass. I'd rather spend my money on a little stomper.

Anyone looking for a late type three? This one is for sale. It's a 1972 automatic and comes with a mild 1776-engine with only 5000km on it. The car is pretty solid and only needs small repairs. This complete package is yours for only 3000 euros so check your wallet and contact us for more info.

So here I'm back again. Yes I was out of town to visit 'unsere Freunde in Deutschland' and look what I found. Nothing special you would think but to me it's a little special. It's my beetle's twin. That's how my little bug looked when I bought it seven years ago. This is also a Mexican import from the middle eighties. The paint is a little fainted but the rest was in overall good condition. My example is currently is the process of a rebuild and new paintjob in a more attractive color (VW paprika red). The welding should be finished about now . Stay tuned for the result.
