    Mi Taller

But before we talk any further about the upcoming meeting-season, we have to get thru the winter. But gues what, I'm not afraid about those cold winter days anymore.
Today, I've completed the electrical installation of my new workplace. Everything should be finished by the end of next week, so I can get myself installed.
Thanks Jelle for the help today and I would also like to thank my parents for financing this nice little work-area (things can turn out strange when you have a VW-nutter as a son).

    Ninoof 2006

Anyone allready filling out your agenda for the next meeting-season?
Be sure you don't forget Fred and Kobus meeting at Ninove on the 19th of March 2005. It's shure gonna be worth a visit.
And we (DVF) are organising our 3rd Bugtour but we haven't set a date yet. If we know, we'll let you know...

    Snowy Dayz pt2

And this is how things looked this morning, after a good night sleep with sweet dreams (El Picaro blasting down the dragstrip with wheelstanding action...)
A thicker blanked was warped around my lovely ride. I think it really kept him warm, at least he wasn't complaining.

    Snowy Dayz pt 1

Came home last night after a nice caipirinha (I know it's a summer cocktail but it's one of my favorites) and found my ride sleeping outside.
By that time, my Notch was covered by a nice virgin white blanked and it really suited him nicely (white over black, still my favorite combo and still gives me inspiration).
    Sleep well, babe.

    New Kid On The Blog

DVF'er Tim aka Jeckill has just started his own blog. The blog is all about his VW roadtrip to Scandinavia. Just check it out @ http://svenskabubbla.blogspot.com/.
    Well done Jeckill.

    Type 3 Porn pt 4

More Porn. This time showing a folder with some cool add-ons. Other mentioned are far less cool, for example who would put that crazy Insect screen on his Type 3? I wouldn't but it shure is worth a few dollars for the hardcore collectors.

    Type 3 Porn pt3

What do you think about this duo-tone Square? Again a perfect ride.

    Type 3 Porn pt2

And another cool loaded Notch. Just check the foglights, roofrack and bumperoverriders. Real Type 3 porn. Found the pictures at Shigesite under the meeting report of Kelly Park 2005.

    Type 3 Porn pt1

I hope you don't mind me posting those cool Type 3 all the time, but here's another confession: I'm getting more and more Type 3 crazy and I'm pretty shure I'm not the only one (just ask Ffred at http://vw1500s.skynetblogs.be/). Another perfect Notch with lovely color-combo. Black over Ruby Red. Just perfect...

    Perfect Fasty 3

Shot of the perfect Fasty-dash sporting GT-steering wheel, Hurst-shifter, VDO-rev-counter and cool cocomats. What more can a Type 3-pervert wish for?

    Perfect Fasty 2

Just admire the perfect stance of this Japanese Fasty. Just awesome. Japan is going Type 3 crazy.

    Perfect Fasty 1

Today, Nicolas send me a link to the webpage of a Japanese VW-freak who owns this very cool en goodlooking Fasty. As the story says, the owner bought this nice ride thru T3D who shipped the car all the way to Japan. Well, he's a very lucky owner now I guess.

    Surprise...

And surprise, surprise... The guys at KCW love VW's and chicks as much as we do... Just check http://www.kustomcoachwerks.com/members/nucleus/features.php.
Or is this more something for Ffred's blog (http://vw1500s.skynetblogs.be/)?

    More Bagged...

If you are more into slammed Type 1, the guys of KCW surely can help you out with one of air-ride-kits for bugs. I must admid that I really dig their rides.

    Before Bagged

And this is how the same type 3 looked like before the KCW-team laid their magic on the ride.

    Bagged Notch 1

Fancy a very low Type 3? This ultra cool ride was build by KCW and features one of their type 3 narrowed airbeams. Color suits this awesome ride perfectly. For more info check their site at http://www.kustomcoachwerks.com.
TaIk about inspiration for my ride...

    Cal Look Zwitter

Could this be DVF's ultimate Old School bug in the form of a ragtop Zwitter. I really don't know. Maybe we'll have to ask Dimitri.

    Return of Neukebeute

And this is a shot of how the Neukebeute looks today. It's having a full on resto. Neukebeute doesn't need a lot of welding to get it back into shape for a new paintjob.

Anyone into VW-models? If you are, Minichamps has a nice collection of our diserable aircooled VW's. So I'm getting my collection started and got VW's ultimate models first including the Notch, Fast and type 34 Karmann.
These Minichamps are not cheap but quality never is. For more info check http://www.minichamps.de/.

    Hot Summer Beach

Not much updates these days. The weather was to good to stay inside last weekend so we headed to the coast to sit back, relax and enjoy the lovely weather down by the sea.
