G.A.S.-bus in the works
The G.A.S.-bus was in for some work today. I stripped off the front brakes only to find out what I was expecting so everything will be replaced front and rear. Just don't want to take my chance with a new-born kiddo in the back. After the strip down, I renewed the battery-terminals to get good starting power and I cleaned up the enginebay a little. Next job that needs to be done is sorting out the rust on the drivers site. I allready started cleaning things up to see how bad things were, but as you can see, it isn't that bad at all. Should be an easy repair... So that was it for today... I hope to get things all sorted out by this weekend so I can get the bus registered next week. That way, the G.A.S.-bus will make its first outing at the European Bug-In. Just wanted to let you all know that this sticker is staying on the Bus as long as the stock powerplant is in there...
